To everyone following the Ora Bags feed: we are switching the Ora blog over to Tumblr effective immediately! Our new blog address is http://blog.orabags.com, so to make sure you don’t miss any news from us, please update to our new RSS feed (or just click +Follow if you’re already part of the Tumblr community).
(And don’t worry, all our existing posts will still be archived for eternity.)
Why? This new backend allows for easier and quicker posting/sharing/everything. We heart Tumblr over here. The theme has yet to be “Ora-fied” but that’ll come eventually. Thanks for reading!!

Prohab is an organization dedicated to the protection of heads of brains, mainly via wearing a helmet while you ride your bike.
On Friday November 6, they’re launching their 2011 calendar at The Astoria. There are lots of prizes, including a brown Ora Bike Bag, pictured below. You’ll also get to see Dead Voices, Peace, Keep Tidy and a handful of DJs. Get all the info from the Facebook event.

Mary Jane’s Flea Market is this weekend! Head down to 700 Vernon Dr. in Strathacona to check out Ora Bags alongside pieces from Nouvelle Nouvelle, True Value Vintage, Seed . Knits and more. You’ll find new, vintage and handmade things plus food from Fanny’s Diner.

The Worship Museum Studio Sale starts today! There are tons of great artists featuring their work and selling their goods, including Randi with a bunch of new Ora Bags! There are 2 new styles – The Crystal Pouch and the Bike Bag, both pictured below. Because it’s a studio sale, everything is offered at a really decent price, so get down there this weekend to scoop up some fresh goods!
The Worship Museum is at 369 Powell St. (Corner of Gore and Powell) and will be open from 11-8 on Saturday and from 11-6 on Sunday.

The Worship Museum is officially launching this weekend. You’ll find tons of vintage and new goods, including Ora Bags.
Better yet, new bag styles! Randi has whipped up some Crystal Pouches to wear around your neck, keep in your pocket, hang somewhere special or do whatever you like with. They’re small and full of good vibes.
Just in time for summer, Randi has come up with some bike bags that fit onto handle bars to carry all your necessities on all your adventures. Or just on your way to work. Either way, very handy.

Look at me posting 2 days in a row, good girl. I was really busy there for a while, but I’m back on a mellow train and will update regularly from now on, Scouts Honour.
Anyway, as you know, the Gastown Shop Hop is going down tomorrow, but Nouvelle Nouvelle just announced they’ll discount stuff by 30%! Perfect time to get some Spring pieces. See you tomorrow!
